Body Corporate – Willowbrook Mews is a self managed Body Corporate complex. All correspondence and requests to the committee must be in writing to the Secretary by one of these methods. Decisions are made by the whole committee and not individual committee members therefore, verbal requests, suggestions or queries will not be considered.
By-Laws – By-Laws are a set of rules a community titles scheme must have as per the Queensland Body Corporate Community Management Act (BCCM Act). Maintenance and Other requests – Willowbrook Mews is a Standard Format Plan complex. Therefore, the Body Corporate is only responsible for maintenance of the common property. If you have any common property requests, suggestions or requests to meet with the committee please submit in writing via email to the Secretary, dropping in the Body Corporate letterbox or submitting via this online Body Corporate Contact Form to log all non-emergency requests for maintenance related to the common areas. Printed forms can be left in the Body Corporate mailbox.
Pet Register – The keeping of pets requires prior approval from the Body Corporate (By-Law 22 Keeping of Animals). Please use this online Pet Application Form to request Body Corporate approval for a pet to reside.
Alternatively, the form can be downloaded, completed and emailed to the Secretary or left in the Body Corporate mailbox to request to keep a pet on your property. See pdf of Pet Application conditions and Pet Application Willowbrook Mews
Roll Update Form – It is the responsibility of the owner/s to notify the Body Corporate of changes to the address for service of notice, correspondence, levy notices or other details. To update your details please download, complete and email to the Secretary or leave in the Body Corporate mailbox. Roll Update Form
Rubbish Collection – Rubbish collection day is Friday. Your bins should be placed in the pick up area in front of the bin sheds the evening before pickup and should be replaced to the proper storage area after pickup. Please ensure that vehicles do not obstruct access.
Bins can either be stored in the bin shed or at your unit. For the health and hygiene of all residents, please ensure your bins are cleaned regularly.
Back Gate – Please ask your neighbours or contact the Secretary directly for the code for the back gate keypad. To open the gate, enter the code and turn the knob to the left. The gate opens inwards.
The code and access through the back gate is for the use of residents only and we ask that you ensure the code is not given to non-residents. For your safety and the safety of your fellow residents, please ensure the gate is closed behind you at all times.
