1. Have read, understood and agree to abide by By-Law 22 with regard to 'Keeping of Animals'
2. Acknowledge that I/we shall be liable for any damage to common property caused by the pet and shall pay the Body Corporate immediately for any costs incurred in rectifying this damage.
3. Accept full responsibility and indemnify the Body Corporate for any claims or injuries to third parties or their property caused by, or as a result of, actions by my pet.
4. Acknowledge that the Consent of the Body Corporate operated in respect of the nominated pet only and that any change of pet must be the subject of a separate application.
5. Acknowledge that in the event of a breach of any By-Law relating to pets the Body Corporate may withdraw any consent it has given for the keeping of a pet.
6. Agree to comply with Brisane City Council regulations regarding Registration and Microchipping as detailed below.
7. Have read, understood and agree to abide with the 'Conditions on the Keeping of Animals as detailed below.
