- The Committee spending limit without referral to a General Meeting is $8,000.00 as per motion passed at EGM held 01 April 2017. (Please note that the exception to this is the approval and payment of Annual Insurance which is approved for the Committee to obtain quotes and place insurance based on the best premium and terms available upon expiry of the current policy at the Annual General Meeting each year.)
